Job Title: Case Manager – Personal Injury Law

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of pre-litigation personal injury cases
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they are updated, supported, and informed throughout the process
- Collect and organize case documentation, including police reports, medical records, bills, and insurance information
- Schedule client treatments and monitor their medical progress
- Draft demand letters and assist attorneys with case development
- Collaborate closely with attorneys, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and legal support staff to move cases efficiently toward resolution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes in the legal case management system

Education and Experience Information:
- Must have 2+ years of experience managing personal injury cases (preferred)
- Strong understanding of Nevada personal injury law, legal terminology, and medical terms
- Excellent communication and client service skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using legal software such as Needles, Filevine, or similar platforms
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
