Job Title: Sr. Project Manager Marketing Operations

Job Responsibilities:
The Sr. Project Manager Marketing Operations will play a critical role within the Marketing and Business Development (MBD) team at the law firm, driving operational excellence, collaboration, and transparency to support the strategic priorities for growth and brand enhancement. Key responsibilities include:

- Providing project management for MBD workstreams related to the design, implementation, and launch of the firm's Next-Gen CRM system. This involves orchestrating complex requirements and multiple workstreams to transform business development and marketing functions, with significant changes and capability enhancements over the next five years.
- Facilitating the MBD team’s realignment in support of firm strategy by ensuring smooth, efficient, and well-coordinated processes. Developing detailed plans for reorganization and ensuring transparent communication and collaboration among team leaders.
- Assisting in priority MBD AI optimization projects from planning through execution and tracking success. This includes developing project plans, ensuring collaboration, tracking project progress, and measuring impact on team performance.
- Facilitating ongoing operational change and improvement projects to streamline processes, reduce redundancies, and align objectives leveraging people, process, and technology.
- Continuously improving the MBD team's knowledge management approach, maintaining resources and shared team libraries to centralize core information, foster consistency, and enhance learning and development.
- Assisting with the budgeting process, both in strategic planning stages and managing departmental budget needs throughout the year.
- Supporting project management in relation to content development and strategy for firm conferences and events.
- Managing other key projects and resources, including defining business and/or system requirements, communicating with stakeholders, analyzing and reporting ROI, and maintaining project documentation.

Education and Experience Information:
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

Preferred Education:
- Master's Degree

Minimum Years of Experience:
- 8 years of project management experience, ideally in a professional services environment with Marketing and Business Development experience.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Co-Pilot, AI, and familiarity with CRM systems or pipeline tracking tools.

Salary Information:
The firm's expected hiring range for the Sr. Project Manager Marketing Operations position is $133,625 - $202,352 per year, depending on the candidate’s geographic market location. The compensation offered will also depend on the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications. A comprehensive package of benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k) is offered.

Additional Information:
The position offers a hybrid work schedule and can be based in any of the law firm's US offices. The individual selected for this position may have the opportunity for a hybrid work arrangement comprised of remote and in-office work, determined in coordination with the hiring manager or supervisor.
