Probate Paralegal The candidate must have estate planning experience. This job requires working with attorneys, the courts and our elderly clientele. It requires patience and a positive attitude. You will need to be self-motivated to stay on top of court filing deadlines and to keep track of your hourly billing. Will also be required to draft estate planning documents such as Wills and Advance Directives and to serve as a witness for estate planning signings. Familiarity with these programs is a plus but not required. Educational requirements are a college degree and either a paralegal certification or 3+ years of paralegal work.
