Paralegal The candidate will obtain, review and analyze documents or any other relevant information. Review and summarize medical records in a timely manner. Prepare for trial by preparing trail notebooks, exhibits and witness files. Compile evidence and supporting information by searching records, discovery documents, transcripts, libaries and databases. Generate status reports, logs and indexes. Maintain acceptable minimum monthly billable hours. Should have 5+ years of experience in defense litigation. Degree from an accredited university and/or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program is required.
