Job Title: Litigation Paralegal (Warranty) – Remote
Job Responsibilities:
- Drafting routine correspondence and legal documents.
- Collecting, organizing, and summarizing medical and other records, including production and discovery responses.
- Assisting with all phases of discovery and trial preparation.
- Managing commercial litigation files from intake to settlement.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a relevant field. A bachelor’s degree or a paralegal certificate is required. Additionally, candidates must possess excellent computer skills, high-level attention to detail, superior written and oral communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, based on a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
