Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be drafting/editing legal documents. Performing legal research. Conducting client interviews. Knowledge of court systems for civil cases is required. Knowledge of TRCP & FRCP is needed. Electronic document management is wanted. Meet all pre-lit and court deadlines. Draft legal correspondence. Assist with discovery, motions, and responses to motions. Maintain attorney calendar. Provide clients with updates and perform all other paralegal duties. Should preferably have a high school or equivalent. Must have 3-5 years of experience with civil litigation. Should preferably have 3 years of experience as a paralegal. Should preferably have 3 years of experience with first-party property insurance disputes. Certificate of paralegal studies or minimum associate's degree is desired. Trial Prep experience (trial binders, deposition indexes, etc.), is a plus. Must be technologically literate. Must have knowledge of TRCP & FRCP.
