Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)

Experience: Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational management, or law and 5+ years in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations required

Location: Remote position, must reside in South Central region

Job Summary:

The Remote Employee Relations Partner will provide tactical consultation to managers and employees to resolve employee issues and conflicts. This individual will conduct HR investigations and analyze data to identify trends and provide recommendations to management. The Employee Relations Partner will also interpret policies and procedures to minimize legal liability and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This is a remote position, but applicants must reside in the South Central region.

Essential Functions:

- Oversee daily administration of employee concerns and investigations
- Conduct fair and timely investigations in compliance with company policies and regulations
- Provide guidance to managers on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations
- Partner with management and HR teams to create solutions for complex employee relations matters
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and employment legislation in your region
- Ability to travel to company sites within supported region (up to 5%)
- Other duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities:

- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational management, or law
- 5+ years of experience in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations
