Job Title: Trial Attorney
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle litigation cases specifically in the personal injury area, managing them from pre-litigation through trial.
- Conduct comprehensive case work-up, including research, analysis, and discovery processes.
- Prepare and file motions, take depositions, and present oral arguments.
- Attend hearings and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a legal team and also work independently when necessary.
- Demonstrate excellent research and writing skills in the preparation of legal documents and case strategies.
Education and Experience Information:
- Must possess credentials from an ABA-approved law school.
- Requires an active license with the Nevada State Bar and must be in good standing.
- Candidates should have 5-8 years of experience, with prior personal injury experience being mandatory.
Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is $97, to $125, per year.
- The position offers a competitive salary and bonus structure.
