Job Title: Trial Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle personal injury cases from pre-litigation through trial.
- Conduct case work-up, research, and analysis.
- Engage in discovery processes, including taking depositions.
- Draft and argue motions.
- Attend hearings and present oral arguments.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
- Collaborate effectively with a legal team.
- Demonstrate excellent research and writing skills.

Education and Experience Information:
- Must possess credentials from an ABA-approved law school.
- Must hold an active license with the Nevada State Bar and be in good standing.
- Required to have 5-8 years of experience, specifically in personal injury law.
- Experience in handling cases effectively from inception to trial is necessary.

Salary Information:
- Salary range is $97, to $125, per year.
- Compensation includes a competitive salary and a bonus structure.
- Pay frequency is biweekly or twice monthly.

Additional Information:
- The position is full-time, with work hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
- The work location is in person at one location.
- The role does not offer remote work.
