Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all pre-litigation work and documents
- Guide clients through the case process
- Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation
- Manage a team of Case Managers
- Focus on personal injury cases, particularly automotive
- Ensure compliance and KPIs within the team
- Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements
Qualifications:
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with NV State Bar Association
- 2+ years of personal injury experience
- Ability to handle high volume of pre-lit cases
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Driven by long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
