Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and taking accurate messages
- Preparing and drafting legal documents
- Ensuring accuracy of all documents
- Performing administrative duties such as research, filing, and organizing files
- Conducting legal research as assigned by attorneys
- Entering billable hours into designated software
- Completing other tasks as requested by Firm Management Team
Qualifications:
- Previous law firm experience preferred
- Experience in domestic law preferred
- Familiarity with PC programs and strong computer skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Senior positions available for paralegals with prior family law or litigation experience
