Job Title: Junior Paralegal
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides comprehensive legal support for the Corporate team by drafting, preparing, and reviewing legal documents for assigned cases under the supervision of the Practice Area Manager and Assistant Manager.
- Prepares a variety of immigration petitions and applications for corporate and sports clients, including but not limited to H-1B, TN, L-1, O-1, EB-1, E-3, PERM, I-140, I-485, and P-1.
- Manages a substantial caseload at various stages, ensuring the timely progression of cases to meet required deadlines.
- Proactively identifies and communicates potential issues with cases and proposes solutions.
- Monitors the status of cases, including client expiration dates, maintains client information, obtains missing information, and ensures client compliance with documentation requirements.
- Accurately updates the case management system (Tracker IMS) with client/beneficiary data and process updates.
- Builds and maintains relationships with clients by facilitating communication through phone, video conferencing, and drafting email responses to client inquiries.
- Addresses client case status inquiries and prepares, updates, and manages custom reports.
- Reviews and analyzes documents from clients, such as questionnaires, emails, job descriptions, resumes, and passports.
- Analyzes applicant qualifications and drafts appropriate documents for clients to send to applicants.
- Assists in drafting and editing support letters, preparing forms, assembling applications for filing with USCIS and DOL, preparing visa and immigration-related petitions, conducting basic immigration-related research, and drafting responses to audits and Requests for Evidence (RFE’s).
- Identifies and communicates opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Builds knowledge of firm and client processes.
- Performs other duties as assigned and contributes to maintaining positive office morale.
- Acts as an ambassador for the mission, values, and standards of behavior of the firm.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
Salary Information:
- Pay: From per hour
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Regularly required to stand or walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop and/or bend.
