Law Firm Seeking Experienced Treatment Paralegal in Multiple Locations

Responsibilities Include:

Independently managing treatment in personal injury cases.
Collaborating with attorneys, clients, and insurance adjusters.
Gathering, reviewing, and organizing medical records, bills, and other relevant documentation.
Communicating with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties to obtain necessary medical information.
Monitoring and tracking clients' medical treatment progress and appointments.
Preparing and submitting medical record requests and reviewing medical bills for accuracy.
Assisting in the negotiation and resolution of medical liens and subrogation claims.
Maintaining detailed case management records and conducting legal research.
Staying updated on changes in medical treatment protocols and healthcare regulations.
Providing excellent customer service to all clients and partners.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a law firm with personal injury experience, or an injury-related field.
In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and billing practices.
Proficient administrative skills and ability to use legal case management software and other relevant tools.
Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to interact effectively with various parties.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
