The law firm of Orrick is currently seeking a real estate associate with three to five years of experience to join our Energy & Infrastructure practice in any of our . offices. This is a full-time, non-partner attorney position with a regular schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and support to clients in the energy and infrastructure sector, including wind, solar, and battery storage projects
- Advise clients through various stages of project development, from initial due diligence to M&A transactions and financing
- Review and advise on title and survey issues
- Collaborate closely with clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Stay informed on emerging trends and developments in energy and infrastructure law
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of real estate experience, preferably in the energy and infrastructure sector
- Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills
- Admitted to the State Bar of the office in which the candidate will be located
- Highly motivated and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
