Primary Functions:

- Drafting and filing patent documents
- Producing and managing information for attorneys
- Coordinating case preparation and circulation of information
- Transmitting information to courts and third parties
- Maintaining attorneys' calendars and scheduling meetings
- Developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems
- Coordinating monthly billing process and preparing invoices
- Updating job knowledge and participating in educational opportunities
- Performing other job-related duties as assigned

Specific Skills Required:

- Strong technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Familiarity with legal terminology and ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience with intellectual property matters a plus

Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3 years as an IP Specialist or IP Secretary
