Job Title: Hybrid Legal Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

- Managing Office and Attorney Calendars:
- Review attorney calendar weekly and send reminders regarding upcoming deadlines
- Ensure all deadlines are met
- Create and send calendar invites as requested

- Document Management and Drafting:
- Prepare shells for various documents; finalize documents before filing
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records; help maintain case files

- E-Filing:
- File legal documents electronically with courts and other external bodies
- Ensure compliance with all filing requirements

- Expense and Bar/CLE Management:
- Submit attorney expenses in a timely manner
- Maintain attorney bar admissions, CLE credits, and various professional association memberships

- Meeting and Trial Preparation:
- Assist in preparing materials for depositions, hearings, trials, and other meetings
- Ensure all necessary documentation is in order

Education and Experience Information:

- Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications
- Must be able to think critically and independently tackle new challenges
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Information:

- Salary Range: $80, to $100, Annually

Additional Information:

The law firm is a national law firm with more than 110 attorneys in offices from coast to coast, providing legal expertise, creative solutions, and extensive trial experience for large corporations, small businesses, and individuals. The position allows for a hybrid schedule with approximately 2-4 days in the office per month. Experience in Products Liability and/or General Liability Litigation is required, with a preference for experience in Asbestos and/or Talc Litigation.
