- Identify and address problem accounts to minimize revenue loss.
- Communicate with clients regarding invoices and payment status, working with billing attorneys to resolve outstanding accounts.
- Make recommendations on accounts to be placed with an outside collection agency and monitor their progress.
- Manage department phone line and email box.
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable files for clients with overdue accounts.
- Process client account adjustments and write-offs in the financial system.

- Strong knowledge of financial operations and credit management principles.
