Job Title:
Lifecycle Marketing Lead (Head of Lifecycle Marketing)

Job Responsibilities:
The Lifecycle Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and owning a lifecycle marketing roadmap, which includes prioritizing tests, improving messaging, and analyzing results. The role involves growing a deep knowledge of the audience and ensuring that all communications are brand-aligned, compelling, and clear. The individual will build campaigns efficiently, avoiding breakages, bugs, or unnecessary tech debt. Additionally, the Lifecycle Marketing Lead will work closely with content marketing and product teams to rapidly test new messaging that reduces friction and prompts a greater percentage of leads to take the next step.

Education and Experience Information:
Required qualifications for this position include having 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in lifecycle marketing, ideally at a fast-growing startup. The candidate should have successfully led lifecycle campaigns from conception to launch to optimization, dictating strategy, and building in a customer engagement tool. Experience in marketing to users with challenging needs, with a complex funnel and multiple pre-purchase steps, is essential. The candidate should have built strong cross-functional relationships and be excited to work closely with growth marketing, growth product, data science, and creative teams. Familiarity with the lifecycle marketing tech stack (, Looker, SalesForce) and HTML is a bonus.

Salary Information:
The role offers competitive pay, including equity and generous benefits. The anticipated base salary band for this role is between $130,000 and $170,000, in addition to equity and benefits. The salary offered will be determined by factors such as the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among the team.
