Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate should have 2+ years Personal Injury experience. Should be able to prepare correspondence, notices of claim, summons and complaint, bill of particulars, authorizations, discovery demands and responses, motions and have a working knowledge of trial preparation including exchanges and subpoenas. Must be organized, detailed oriented, computer literate and be able to interact with clients, medical facilities and other law firms on a daily basis. Notary public and language skills are a plus.
