Job Title: Desktop Support Technician
Job Responsibilities:
- Interface directly with assigned firm personnel to provide solutions for technology software application issues.
- Set up and support internal and external meetings, presentations, conference calls, and events as needed.
- Identify issues related to technology use affecting clients and advise appropriate personnel.
- Perform additional duties under the direction of technicians outside the Support Service group, including relocating phones.
- Participate in department-wide projects such as hardware/software rollouts, office moves, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Maintain technical currency with all Level One software packages and supported hardware systems.
- Maintain technical currency with Level Two software packages necessary to support assigned firm personnel.
- Perform additional duties as directed.
Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of 2-4 years supporting the use of industry-standard Windows applications through on-site, help desk, or technology training functions.
- Law firm experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to other law firm offices.
- Experience with the latest versions of Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on supporting Outlook and Word.
- Experience supporting iPhone and Android devices.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware issues (laptop, desktop, printers, etc.) as well as virus and malware remediation.
Salary Information:
- Minimum Salary: USD $56,
- Maximum Salary: USD $98,
