Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Investigate and gather facts to support legal proceedings and negotiations
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Record and store client information

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a paralegal or in the legal field
- Associate's degree required, Certificate in Paralegal Studies or bachelor's degree preferred
- Familiarity with legal research and ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
- Must be able to obtain a notary license (costs will be reimbursed by the firm)
