Law Firm – Junior Case Manager or Paralegal Position Available
Job Summary:
The Law Firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Case Manager or Paralegal. The ideal candidate will have experience in the legal field, specifically in litigation, and possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently and effectively. The primary responsibility of this role will be to assist the Attorneys or Senior Case Manager in implementing and reporting on the litigation plan for our high volume Veteran Benefits Practice.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Attorneys or Senior Case Manager to implement litigation plan
- Contact clients and VA to obtain necessary evidence
- Update tasks and deadlines as evidence is obtained
- Keep clients informed of case status
- Follow-up with VA to ensure completion of required tasks
- Draft simple letters and correspondence
- Locate, copy, and scan documents as needed
- Schedule attorney calls with clients
- Communicate with third parties to gather evidence as directed by Attorney/Senior Case Manager
Requirements:
- Knowledge of basic English, grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Familiarity with personal computer and software programs
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients and staff in a professional manner
Salary Information:

Experience Information:
