Gurstel Law Firm, . is currently seeking an experienced Account Representative to join our team in both Golden Valley, MN and Fullerton, CA locations. As an Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in the pre-legal and judgment collection process, working to recover unpaid account balances and judgments owed by businesses and individuals. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong communication and organizational skills, and a drive to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collection of assigned accounts in compliance with our standard operating procedures and client requirements
- Managing priority files and communicating with clients and consumers in a professional manner
- Setting up repayment plans and documenting all communication and transactions
- Reviewing reports and preparing collection letters for attorney review
- Utilizing tools and technology such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as CLS collection software

Qualifications:

- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service or collections experience preferred
- Knowledge of FDCPA regulations a plus
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and typing speed of 75+ WPM

Travel:
