Job Title: Non-Attorney Salesperson - Case Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
The Case Specialist at the law firm serves as a pivotal non-attorney role focusing on client intake and sales. The primary duties include conducting initial consultations with prospective new clients (PNCs) to sell legal services, converting them into clients, and facilitating their onboarding to the legal team. Specific responsibilities involve:
- Conducting in-depth meetings with PNCs to discuss legal services.
- Adhering to policies and procedures for effective and compassionate communication with PNCs.
- Collecting relevant information from PNCs regarding their legal needs.
- Providing assurance to PNCs about the firm's capability to assist them.
- Demonstrating compassion and empathy towards PNCs' situations.
- Offering a general description of the firm's services relevant to PNCs' needs.
Additionally, the Case Specialist oversees the client onboarding process, which includes:
- Creating the Engagement Agreement and coordinating with attorneys for contract acceptance.
- Initiating new cases by communicating with appropriate parties within the firm.
- Following up with clients five days post-hire to verify onboarding completion.
- Conducting further follow-ups fifteen days post-hire to ensure client satisfaction and address concerns.
- Maintaining contact with PNCs who miss consultations or do not immediately engage, keeping communication open for future engagement.
- Keeping detailed records of PNC interactions, including metrics like consultation scheduling and engagement rates.
- Engaging in constructive dialogue with management to provide feedback on lead quality and volume, contributing suggestions for improvement based on frontline experience.
Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in products or services, particularly in luxury or high-end markets, is required.
- Proven track record in using a consultative sales approach.
- Educational background or work experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree is necessary.
- A strong interest in consultative solutions selling.
- Required experience with CRM systems, particularly in generating reports.
- Knowledge of the legal industry is considered an asset.
- Real-life experience and overcoming significant personal challenges, providing empathy and understanding, are advantageous.
Salary Information:
The position offers a compensation range between $70,000 and $75,000 annually.
The Case Specialist role is full-time and requires in-person attendance from Monday to Friday at the law firm's office. Prior sales experience, ideally within the legal field or addiction/mental health industry, is essential for this position.
