Job Title: Litigation Paralegal – Real Estate Law (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in preparing cases for trial, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions.
- Communicate with clients and provide them with regular status reports.
- Prepare discovery and responses.
- Organize documents and evidence for legal proceedings.
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
- Perform legal research to support case preparation.
- Draft letters and court documents as needed.
- Maintain billable hours requirements to meet the firm's standards.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Paralegal Certificate is required.
- Compliance with California Business & Professions Code §6450 requirements for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) is mandatory.
- A minimum of 6 years of litigation experience is required.
- Experience in Real Estate Law is preferred but not mandatory.
- Litigation experience of at least 5 years is required.
- At least 1 year of experience in real estate law is preferred.

Salary Information:
- The position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $35 to $55, depending on experience (DOE).
- This is a full-time position with expected working hours of 40 hours per week.
