Job Title: Corporate Paralegal
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct preliminary legal or business research on corporate, regulatory, or procedural matters.
- Collect and organize documents for due diligence in mergers, acquisitions, financings, or corporate reorganizations.
- Summarize findings in due diligence reports for attorney review.
- Prepare, oversee, and manage transactional documents.
- Oversee and coordinate transaction closings, including managing execution of closing documents and related logistics.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of completed transactions.
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
- Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor’s degree from a highly regarded academic institution.
- Excellent academic credentials and a strong work ethic.
- Superior organizational, analytical, and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with legal document management systems.
- Previous legal internship or relevant paralegal or administrative experience is a plus.
