Immigration Paralegal The candidate's duties include: Communicating with clients, performing intakes, collecting evidence and other documentation, and completing USCIS applications including applications for adjustment of status, cancellation of removal, asylum, waivers, and employment-based visas. Providing clients with case updates. Assisting our attorneys with file organization, case preparation including but not limited to, submissions to USCIS, . Department of State, and Immigration Court. Corresponding with various government and law enforcement agencies. Drafting affidavits, personal statements, written pleadings, evidence submissions, and motions for attorney review. Should have a High school diploma; Must have 5+ years experience working as a paralegal in a law firm or not-for-profit handling immigration matters; Should have Strong administrative, organizational, communication, and writing skills. Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish.
