Job Title: Business Development Senior Analyst – Experience, Corporate
Job Responsibilities:
The Business Development Senior Analyst – Experience is a crucial member of the Business Development team at the law firm. This role involves collaboration with the Business Development Experience Manager to support and maintain the firm's deal and case database. Key responsibilities include:
- Staying informed about developments and trends in corporate and transactional law.
- Acting as a liaison between attorneys, local and global business development management and staff, and the Business Development Experience team, providing expert-level support.
- Proactively leading changes to reorganize database information for ease of access.
- Facilitating communication within Marketing Technology, various teams within Business Development, and external parties to ensure a seamless experience collection process.
- Prioritizing and coordinating data exports for business development efforts and preparing custom reports as needed.
- Protecting and maintaining sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and proprietary information retained by the law firm.
Education and Experience Information:
The ideal candidate should meet the following educational and experience requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a law firm or professional services organization is preferred, particularly in business development, marketing, paralegal, or Corporate Services roles.
- Experience with marketing databases, market/company research, and project management is preferred.
- Relevant experience with legal markets in the US, Europe, Middle East, and Asia is preferred.
Salary Information:
The salary for the Business Development Senior Analyst – Experience position ranges from USD $105,000 to USD $130,000 per year.
