Post Judgment Paralegal The candidate will review post-judgment files to determine what, if any, enforcement action is appropriate. Generate enforcement documents by the forms, policies, and procedures provided by the firm. Submit enforcement documents to the court, marshal, or sheriff for processing. Supervise and track enforcement processes and documents. Enter and post all enforcement data and documents into the firm's case management system. Communicate with enforcement officers, courts, banks, employers, attorneys, and consumers about garnishment accounts. Should have 1-2 years of legal office experience. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, detail-oriented, and able to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization and with outside vendors. Must have the ability to work independently, with limited oversight, and be familiar with legal terminology.
