Immigration Paralegal The candidate will work closely with attorneys on all aspects of case preparation for immigration matters. Handle a caseload of immigration matters directly, under the supervision of an attorney. Communicate regularly with clients regarding procedural and case processing. Analyze case documents and prepare immigration applications for filing. Work well under deadlines, handle confidential information with professionalism, and display strong interpersonal skills. Possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision. Bilingual in Spanish is required. One(1) year minimum experience in immigration law in the following areas: Family or Removal Defense.
