Family Law Paralegal The candidate must have experienced litigation paralegal comfortable with preparing pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, motions, and trial-related documents, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, willingness and ability to learn and perform new tasks as needed, excellent interpersonal skills, including evidenced ability to work well with people at all levels both internally and externally, including attorneys, clients, courts, and outside counsel, strong analytical, drafting and proofreading skills; attention to detail is crucial, willingness to consult with the attorneys and to seek information necessary to complete projects and tasks, evidenced ability to work independently and to work on several projects simultaneously, strong time management and project management skills, including ability to adhere to strict project deadlines, while being flexible in response to changes and delays.
