Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and counsel to management on various corporate employment-related matters
- Interact with human resources, management, employees, and other business contacts
- Represent the company in contested matters and manage expenses within the Corporate Legal Department
- Draft legal documents, agreements, and contracts
- Develop strategies for solving legal and business problems
- Stay updated on state and federal laws and advise on implications for the company
- Work on special projects assigned by the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer
- Develop professional contacts and represent the company in industry groups

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of legal experience in management-side labor and employment law
- Strong academic background and a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Ability to effectively interact with various individuals
