Corporate/Brownfield Administrative Assistant (Syracuse, NY) at Law Firm
- Full-time position with a competitive salary range of $27 - $29/hour
- Seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join the Corporate/Brownfield Practice Group
- Will work directly with a managing partner and a team of 9 attorneys serving brownfield remediation and redevelopment projects across New York State
- Responsible for executive-level administrative support, communication with clients and colleagues, calendar management, and prioritizing tasks
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Previous experience supporting executive leaders and familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 suite preferred

Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level administrative support and act as a primary point of contact for clients, professionals, and colleagues
- Review and prioritize incoming communications, maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Build relationships with external contacts and assist with calendar management and scheduling
- Work as part of a team with other administrative assistants to support the Corporate/Brownfield Practice Group and the Firm
- Complete administrative tasks to facilitate the effective servicing of clients and internal activities
- Assist with time entry, invoicing, and tracking open balances for clients
- Participate in strategic planning and action teams for the Practice Group
- Evaluate and assist in implementing new procedures and technology for improved workflow
- Coordinate Practice Group and subgroup meetings
Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting executive leaders in a fast-paced environment with multiple relationships
- Professional and client-focused approach to work
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite, familiarity with other tools is a plus
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with maintaining banking and account details
