The Law Firm of Clark Hill PLC is seeking a highly skilled Litigation (Warranty) Paralegal to join their team in either San Diego or Los Angeles. This role offers the opportunity to work exclusively on a team defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal, excellent computer skills, strong attention to detail, and exceptional written and oral communication abilities. This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Draft routine correspondence and legal documents
- Organize and summarize medical and other records, including production and discovery responses
- Assist with all phases of discovery and trial preparation
- Manage commercial litigation files from intake to settlement

Salary Information:
- $60k - $80k range
- Commensurate with experience level
- Actual compensation influenced by employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data
- Eligible for annual discretionary bonus

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate preferred
- Strong computer skills
