Paralegal/Administrator The candidate will be directly communicating with clients and witnesses as needed to investigate and gather facts. Drafting discovery and discovery responses. Preparing for trials and depositions by organizing exhibits and handling logistics. Providing case management assistance and litigation tracking/docketing. Maintaining case files and databases. Reviewing and summarizing document productions and depositions and performing other special projects as needed. Scheduling meetings and court reporters. Arranging for and overseeing service of process. Creating exhibit notebooks. Managing additional administrative tasks as required. Associate's degree is preferred. Should preferably have 3+ years of Microsoft Office and 3+ years of Paralegals & Legal Assistants experience.
