Key Responsibilities of IT Project Coordinator:

- Coordinate and monitor IT project activities, schedules, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
- Facilitate communication among project stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and timelines
- Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for leadership and stakeholders
- Identify, assess, and escalate project risks and issues
- Organize and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Qualifications for IT Project Coordinator:

- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in IT
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working with both technical and business teams
