Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate should preferably have 3-5 years of previous experience working as a business immigration paralegal in a law firm. Must have extensive experience with employment-based matters, including H-1B, O-1, TN, and E visas; PERM, and employment-based immigrant visa petitions, including EB-1, EB2, and EB-3. Should have strong time management skills, the ability to prioritize their workload in a high volume, fast-paced environment, can meet deadlines, as well as be detail-oriented and a motivated self-starter.
