Immigration Paralegal The candidate will assist the attorneys with the preparation and filing of business immigration cases including H-1B, L-1A, O-1 and R-1 temporary work visas and employment-based green card cases (EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3). Perform administrative tasks such as handling various USCIS notices, maintaining case status reports and maintaining/organizing immigration case files. Bachelor's Degree is required. Should have 2+ years of experience in assisting with immigration cases. Business immigration experience is a plus. Should have the ability to work independently and effectively under strict time deadlines while handling significant case volumes.
