Law Firm Seeks Experienced Complex Litigation and Product Liability Managing Associate

Responsibilities:

- Handle complex disputes across a diverse range of industries
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Engage with a dynamic pipeline of exciting and fast-paced cases
- Manage complex commercial, intellectual property, energy, and mass tort lawsuits
- Take on significant responsibilities and work directly with clients
- Conduct and defend depositions, make court appearances, and handle mediations
- Engage in other tasks typically managed by associates

Qualifications:

- 4-6 years of complex litigation and product liability experience
- Highly motivated and creative with exceptional interpersonal and writing skills
- Strong team-oriented mindset
- Strong academic credentials and excellent legal research abilities
- Superb writing and oral communication skills
- Experience in product liability is essential
- Membership in the State Bar of the desired office location is strongly preferred
