Job Title: Case Manager (High Value)

Job Responsibilities:
- Engage in daily interaction with existing and potential clients through telephone and in-person meetings.
- Order medical records from providers and maintain communication with clients and providers throughout the treatment process.
- Obtain necessary documents to support injury and/or liability positions.
- Interact with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure records and account balances.
- Negotiate case settlements with insurance carriers and negotiate deductions of outstanding medical balances with providers.
- Collaborate directly with multiple coworkers involved in the management and support of case files.
- Maintain organized case files.
- Prepare comprehensive demands and assemble support for submission to insurance carriers.
- Interact with attorneys and present case synopses when required.
- Manage case files from intake to closing under the direction of an attorney.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business.

Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but a High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager is required.
- At least 3 years of working experience in a legal position or experience as an insurance adjuster.
- Must possess negotiating skills.
- Ability to be a team player and adhere to procedures.
- Proactive interaction with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers is essential.
- Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision.
- Highly organized with the capability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail are necessary.
- Extensive computer and database expertise, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and typing no less than 35 words per minute.
