Job Title: Manager, Tax Legal Business Associate - Tax Technology Consulting

Job Responsibilities:

1. Client Management: Manage daily interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
2. Delivery: Work with a team to optimize legal processes, aligning legal software with clients’ specific goals using technology.
3. Solutions: Design and implement technology and innovative solutions to address legal department needs.
4. Support: Provide training related to processes, technologies, or situational changes.
5. Cross-Functional Teaming: Understand and articulate broader practice and company’s overall capabilities while maintaining holistic client relationships.
6. People Development: Act as a counselor and coach; participate in staffing and retention activities.
7. Business Development: Develop and maintain contacts, lead pursuit teams, and contribute to business development.

Education and Experience Information:

- Required:
- Ability to perform within a hybrid work model, co-locating in person 2-3 days per week.
- 5+ years’ experience with legal and/or technology solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Implementation experience with CLM (contract lifecycle management) software such as Agiloft, SirionOne, or Icertis.
- Experience with document extraction tools, data wrangling tools such as Alteryx, and visualization/BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Experience with DocuSign CLM or Salesforce configuration.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, depending on work, clients, and industries/sectors served.
- Active accreditations such as:
- Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office if eligible.
- If not CPA eligible, one of the following: Licensed Attorney (or foreign equivalent), Enrolled Agent, PMP, CCM Certification, CFA, PMI-ACP, CCMP, CBAP, Procurement/Legal Procurement, or SAS® Certified Data Scientist.
- Paralegal Certification with a 4-year degree.
- Other Technical Certifications like Six Sigma, MCSD, CSEP, CISSP-ISSAP, etc.

- Preferred:
- Advanced Degree in related fields.
- Experience with template rationalization, harmonization, guide or playbook creation, and design of contracting processes.

Salary Information:

The wage range for this role is $108,430 to $246,870, considering factors like skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business needs. Compensation decisions are based on the facts and circumstances of each case. Additionally, you may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program, based on individual and organizational performance.
