Job Title: Legal Business Associate - Senior
Job Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Engage in daily interactions with client project teams and project leadership members, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and client needs.
- Delivery: Collaborate with a team to enhance tax and legal processes by leveraging technology to align software solutions with client-specific requirements and objectives.
- Solutions: Develop and implement automation and innovative solutions to improve the efficiency of tax and legal departments.
- Support: Provide training and support for software and day-to-day activities related to processes, technologies, or situational changes.
- Project Management: Assist in project management tasks including creating work plans, tracking budgeted time versus actual hours, writing status reports, and participating in status calls.
- Cross Functional Teaming: Understand and articulate the broader practice within the company and maintain holistic client relationships.
- People Development: Contribute to the development and growth of team members.
- Business Development: Participate in and contribute to pursuit teams aimed at expanding business opportunities.
Education and Experience Information:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years’ experience with legal and/or technology solutions.
- Experience with implementation of CLM software such as Agiloft, SirionOne, Icertis, or others, and experience with document extraction, data wrangling tools, and visualization/BI tools.
- Experience with DocuSign CLM or Salesforce configuration.
- Active accreditations such as Licensed CPA, Licensed Attorney, Enrolled Agent, PMP, CCM, CFA, PMI-ACP, CCMP, CBAP, or technical certifications like Six Sigma, Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer, CISSP-ISSAP, among others.
- Preferred: Advanced Degree in relevant fields and experience with template rationalization and harmonization, guide or playbook creation, and contracting process design.
Salary Information:
- The wage range for this role is $89,180 to $203,060, considering factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs.
- Eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.

The role is a part of the company's Tax Technology Consulting (TTC) team, which focuses on streamlining tax functions and enhancing strategic value through technology.
