Job Title: eDiscovery Project Manager - Disputes & eDiscovery
Job Responsibilities:
Client Engagement and Advisory:
- Serve as the primary client contact for assigned projects, offering expert guidance on eDiscovery workflows, complex large-scale document reviews, and best practices.
- Collaborate with clients to develop customized project plans that align with litigation goals.
- Provide regular updates and reports to ensure transparency and alignment with client expectations.
- Act as a technical and client project escalation resource for Analysts and Senior Analysts on disputes & eDiscovery engagements.
- Analyze client needs and litigation goals to shape strategy and advise on solutions.
Project Coordination and Execution:
- Manage all phases of eDiscovery projects, including data identification, collection, processing, review, and production.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop detailed timelines, budgets, and resource plans to meet project objectives.
- Implement advanced analytics and AI-driven workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Make independent decisions regarding workflow design, prioritization, and the use of analytics tools.
- Recommend and implement project-specific process improvements.
Operational Excellence:
- Standardize workflows and ensure adherence to industry best practices and organizational policies.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of deliverables.
Technology Integration and Innovation:
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to improve eDiscovery processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deploy innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, data security protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving industry regulations and trends.

Education and Experience Information:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, document review, or related fields, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
Skills:
- Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard eDiscovery platforms (., Relativity, Nuix, Everlaw) and advanced analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving expertise, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Other:
- Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
- Equipment To Be Used: Personal computer and other office equipment such as telephone, calculator, fax machine, copier, scanner, etc.
Essential Job Functions:
- Ability to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods, as the role involves extensive computer use and meetings.
- Intense eye usage and finger, hand, and wrist dexterity associated with prolonged computer use, including typing and using a mouse.
- Proficiently use computers, telecommunication devices, and other digital collaboration tools.
- Accurately read and interpret written documents, computer screens, and other visual displays to perform operational and administrative tasks.
- Ability to hear and understand verbal communication, including conversations, instructions, phone, and video calls, to facilitate effective collaboration and coordination with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, maintaining composure under pressure and effectively responding to change, including during high-volume and unusual events.
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in complex decision-making, adapting to changing work situations and shifting priorities.
- Maintain high attention to detail and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to understand and regulate one’s own emotions and respond appropriately to the emotions of others to foster a collaborative and professional work environment.
- Ability to self-manage tasks and deadlines in a remote or hybrid work environment, ensuring productivity and responsiveness without direct oversight.
- Ability to interact professionally with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients, maintaining positive working relationships.
- Learn and navigate complex, technical eDiscovery platforms and tools, including those powered by advanced analytics or AI, in support of legal review processes.
- Ability to synthesize complex project information and produce written documentation, including client-facing status updates and reports.
- Maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive legal and client data.
- May occasionally be required to work hours in excess of the normal schedule in response to urgent or time-sensitive project demands.
Working Conditions:
- Required to work in the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
- Occasionally called upon to work hours in excess of your normal daily schedule.
- Details of the weekly schedule will be discussed further with your direct supervisor.
Salary Information:
Pay Ranges:
- Pittsburgh, Houston, Dallas, Atlanta: $119,000 – $160,000
- Chicago, Philadelphia: $127,000 - $171,000
- Washington DC: $135,000 – $182,000
- New York: $140,000 - $189,000
