Law Firm Sr. Manager, Client Success - Banking Needed in Multiple Locations

As the Client Success Senior Manager, you will work closely with the partners and Strategic Relationship lead to deliver exceptional value to our clients. This role requires an understanding of the banking industry, a client-centric approach to sustain long-term relationships, proactive problem solving, and the ability to work across different operations teams to deliver a holistic client solution.

Responsibilities include:

- Developing pricing strategies and maximizing profitability for the firm through creative fee structures and alternative fee arrangements.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and partners on pricing and rate negotiation.
- Overseeing billing and collections efforts, including financial/budgeting, alternative fee arrangements, etc.
- Managing relationships with client accounts payable teams and ensuring compliance with billing requirements.
- Overseeing client reporting and management, including IT reporting requirements, security policy compliance, and proactive and event-driven client reporting.
- Operating as an integrated team with the Client Development Strategic Relationship Lead/team for client building and development activities.
- Cultivating relationships with key client stakeholders and identifying opportunities to expand the firm's footprint with the client.
- Supporting with client-specific pitches/RFP responses or marketing initiatives.
- Coordinating with other large banking client teams to maximize client engagement and marketing activities.
- Regularly monitoring matter-level diversity statistics and managing matter opening/closing processes.
- Supporting internal time recording training and re-training efforts as needed.

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of business, law, consulting, or other professional services operational experience.
- Experience as an account manager/client success manager for large clients.
- Understanding of financial institutions and bank operations a plus.
- Relevant Bachelor's degree required, MBA or other relevant graduate-level education a plus.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and alternative fee arrangements.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to identify issues and develop effective, creative, and thoughtful solutions.
- Strong organizational, project management, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.
- Periodic travel to firm or client offices.
