Job Title: Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

The Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer at the law firm is responsible for enhancing the user experience of IT services by understanding user requirements and the technologies and processes employed to meet them within the endpoint management space. Key responsibilities include:

- Providing subject matter expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM), Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM), and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) systems.
- Demonstrating expertise in System Center Configuration Manager/Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) with tasks such as Task Sequence Creation, Application and Package Creation, Baseline Configuration, Custom Reporting, Operating System Deployment (OSD), and Patching.
- Specializing in InTune for Patching, Configuration Policies, and Conditional Access.
- Managing a Co-Managed environment with a Cloud Management Gateway and Autopilot configuration.
- Utilizing expertise in Group Policy Objects/Group Policy Preferences (GPO/GPP), Windows 10/11, iOS/Android, FSLogix, Entra, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Windows Server Update Services (WSUS).
- Focusing on both the big picture and the details to create solutions to business challenges.
- Driving projects from conceptualization to operation and collaborating with engineers for implementation.
- Evaluating risk and technical debt, offering options and solutions for continual improvement.
- Creating and maintaining technical and process documentation.
- Researching new technologies and collaborating with engineers and leadership in strategic planning efforts.
- Defining, evaluating, and facilitating the adoption of emergent technologies and process improvement initiatives.
- Managing ticketing escalations and associated Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Prioritizing good stewardship of company resources through thorough analysis and optimization efforts.

Employees approved for flexible work arrangements are expected to maintain reliable and consistent attendance during their scheduled work shifts, including being available via Teams/instant message, Zoom, email, voicemail, and phone.

Education and Experience Information:

- 7+ years supporting SCCM or other Device Management Platforms.
- 3+ years supporting InTune or other MDM Platforms.
- 3+ years supporting VDI (AVD, Citrix).
- 10+ years supporting Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems Administration (Windows 7/10/11) with migration experience from one version to another.
- Exceptional skillset in automation using PowerShell and MS Gra,000.
