Job Title: Law Firm Receptionist / Office Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm, professional, and courteous demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages as needed.
- Maintain the reception area, lounge, and conference rooms to ensure a clean and inviting atmosphere.
- Assist with meeting preparations, including organizing printed materials, setting up conference calls, beverage service, and catering coordination.
- Support administrative team with clerical tasks and special projects.
- Help maintain order and cleanliness in shared office areas such as the copy room and break room.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Education and Experience Information:
- required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant prior work experience, with a preference for prior law firm experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly and approachable, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance.
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a front-facing role.
- Positive attitude and outstanding work ethic.
