Job Title: Labor & Employment Associate (Mid-Level)

Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of cases and handle day-to-day responsibility
- Conduct trials, depositions, hearings, and interviews
- Manage written discovery and write persuasive briefs
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of basic employment concepts under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and similar federal and state employment laws
Requirements:
- Strong academic credentials and references
- Member of the Texas State Bar or willing to quickly become one
- Excellent interpersonal skills, writing and analytical ability, and attention to detail
The Dallas office of a leading law firm, Greenberg Traurig, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid-Level Labor & Employment Associate to join their team. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to assume significant responsibility in a dynamic and diverse work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work on employment class actions, including trade secret and restrictive covenant cases
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and provide advice to clients on employment matters
- Collaborate with partners and senior associates on complex litigation cases
- Participate in firm initiatives and programs related to diversity and inclusion
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience as an attorney, preferably with significant litigation experience
- Trial experience and willingness to handle various litigation tasks
- Substantive knowledge of basic employment concepts under federal and state laws
- Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
