Freshfields, a top law firm, is currently seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join our Leveraged Finance team in New York. We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in private equity finance and/or private credit. This is a great opportunity for a creative, motivated, and entrepreneurial individual to make a significant impact on our growing practice. Our Leveraged Finance team specializes in complex and cutting edge financings for both borrower and lender side clients. This includes private equity firms, corporate borrowers, growth companies, and private credit funds. Our team is known for our versatility and our ability to represent clients across all industries on a variety of transactions. We also collaborate with our global colleagues on multi-jurisdictional deals and work closely with our restructuring team on liability management transactions.

Competitive Compensation
At Freshfields, we believe in compensating our associates based on leading market rates. For this position, we estimate the current salary range to be $310,000 - $435,000.
