Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with senior attorneys and clients to provide legal counsel and support on a wide range of leveraged finance transactions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic and practical legal advice to clients

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in leveraged finance at a reputable law firm or financial institution
- JD from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar
