Job Title: Law Firm Legal Assistant Bilingual Korean/English

Job Responsibilities:

Lemon Law Support:
- Conduct Lemon Law intake and gather necessary documentation.
- Collect and organize repair orders, purchase/lease agreements, and warranty records.
- Draft repair summaries to support legal evaluations.
- Track vehicle surrender dates and manage communication/logistics for returns.
- Assist with other Lemon Law-related tasks as needed.

Personal Injury Support:
- Negotiate medical disbursements and update provider balances.
- Create detailed disbursement sheets and assist with settlement breakdowns.
- Support additional PI-related tasks as assigned.

General Legal Support:
- Draft complaints and assist with preparing and filing legal documents.
- Process and track incoming court mail, including CMC notices and hearing dates.
- Record and organize checks and other mail correspondence.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth workflow.
- Help with other administrative or legal support tasks as necessary.

Education and Experience Information:
- Prior experience as a legal assistant, case manager, or administrative support is desired, with Lemon Law or PI experience being a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office; experience with legal case management software is a plus.
- Proactive, reliable, and a team player.
- Open to learning new tasks and adapting to evolving procedures.
- Excellent customer service.
- Bilingual English and Korean (reading, writing, listening, speaking).

Salary Information:
- Pay: From per hour
- Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional Information:
- Work Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Work Location: In person
- Job Type: Full-time
- Shift: 8-hour shift
